Logistics knowledge, practically delivered.
We exist to help Irish businesses operate their warehouses and fulfilment processes with the same rigour that larger operations apply — without the overhead that comes with enterprise systems.
The middle ground most training misses.
Most logistics training is written for large distribution centres or for complete beginners. Neither is useful if you're running a 2,000 sq ft unit in Galway, Limerick or Cork and trying to ship 80 orders a day reliably.
Urban Bulletinium's programmes are written for the specific operational context of growing Irish businesses — small spaces, lean teams, mixed carrier accounts, and the post-Brexit documentation requirements that have added real complexity to cross-border shipping.
Everything we teach is drawn from working practice in Irish and UK distribution environments. The frameworks are designed to be implemented without specialist software or dedicated logistics staff.
How we approach training.
Practical over theoretical
Every concept is grounded in a real operational decision. We teach frameworks because they're useful, not because they're academically interesting.
Right-sized for your scale
We don't teach enterprise logistics to small businesses. The tools and systems we cover are appropriate for operations of your actual size.
Irish and UK context
Carrier networks, customs requirements, and regulatory context are specific to Ireland and the UK. We don't import generic international content and relabel it.
Built for what comes next
The systems we help you build should serve you as you grow, not need to be discarded when you add a second staff member or double your order volume.
Immediately applicable
You should be able to use what you've learned the week after the programme. Not after a three-month implementation project.
Plain language throughout
Logistics has a lot of jargon. We explain it where it's useful and avoid it where it isn't. Clarity is a design principle, not an afterthought.
Based in Galway. Serving businesses across Ireland.
Our training base is at 31 Eyre Square in Galway city centre — accessible by public transport and with parking nearby. Galway's position as a growing hub for e-commerce and product businesses makes it a natural base for this kind of work.
For businesses outside Galway, on-site delivery is available for groups of four or more. This is particularly valuable for the warehouse layout module, where working in your actual space produces more directly applicable outputs.
